I’m Rubi Bhandari, and I’ve been part of Nepal’s tourism industry for over 12 years. My journey began in Kathmandu, where I was born and raised, and where my passion for travel and culture first took shape. I started my career as a trip designer with a well-established trekking company, creating personalized itineraries for travelers from all over the world. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to helping others explore the beauty of Nepal.
Today, as the General Manager and Operations Director at Regulus Treks and Expedition, I oversee the day-to-day functioning of the company — from itinerary planning and bookings to coordinating with our guides, logistics teams, and international partners. My role is a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on work, ensuring that each guest's journey is smooth, safe, and unforgettable.
I work closely with our consultants, field staff, and suppliers to ensure every trip runs on time and exceeds expectations. Whether it’s crafting a unique trekking experience in the Himalayas or managing seamless travel logistics, my goal is always the same: to deliver excellent service with a personal touch.
