Everest Panorama Trek is an ecstatic walk enjoying landscapes, waterfalls, hills and snow caped peak of world’s tallest tower—Mount Everest. Moreover, you also witness culture, tradition and lifestyle of local people here. All of these are typically new thing to experience for foreigners.

This trek also gives outlook of countryside Nepal. The flora and fauna and the culture that you notice while in this trek is fascinating. In around every 300 to 800m the vegetation changes here which you will notice while on the trek. You will be witnessing different species of rhododendron, at least 10.

Snow leopard, Himalayan black beer, musk deer, blue sheep are common wild species found here.

The Everest Panorama trekking begins from Lukla the 'Gateway to Mt.Everest'. Upon your arrival to the Lukla Airport after the 25 minutes scenic flight from Kathmandu, the Everest Panorama Trek begins here. Despite being small it (Lukla) is probably world’s best airstrip and the Lukla airport known as the world's scariest airoprt. It is one of the best scenic flights of the planet. Everest Panorama trek begins from Lukla spending overnight in Phakding.

Next stoppage of the trek is Namche Bazar where you reach next day. After acclimatizing for one whole day at Namche Bazar, you proceed to Tengboche (the highest point en route, standing at 3,867m), constantly enjoying view of the magnificent Mt. Ama Dablam and other peaks. When you finally arrive at Thyangboche, the incredible views of Mt. Khangtiaga, Mt. Thamserku, and the Nuptse - Lhotse wall, with Mt. Everest towering above, will make you realize the essence of beauty.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival in Kathmandu Regulus Treks & Expedition receives you at Tribhunvan International Airport and drive you to hotel. If your arrival is at appropriate time then you can enjoy leisurely walk in the streets of Thamel. It is a prime destination for foreigners. It is said that Kathmandu visit is incomplete without strolling in this part of the city. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 02Kathmandu sightseeing From the second day of your arrival starts our trip mission. Today you visit Kathmandu, also known as city of temples with our guide. Basically there are four major touring sites in Kathmandu. They are: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swoyambhunath Stupa and and Bouddhanath Stupa. And the main part is these all four sites are listed in World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You will be introduced to your guide by Regulus. You can have good conversation with him regarding the upcoming trip. You can enjoy the night life of Thamel which completely depends on your wish.

Day 03Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 m/9,383 ft) by flight /Trek to Phakding (2,610 m) Definitively the morning is good today as you will fly to Lukla enjoying scenic beauty of mountains. The harmonious mountain will capture your heart. It is around 30 minute flight from Kathmandu. There are lots of monasteries in Lukla and if interested you can visit there. We begin our trail on foot from here and it ends at Phakding for today. The team of porter guide will join you from here. The way to Phakding is so beautiful that you will remember it for rest of your life. Hills, green lush vegetation and streams will surely mesmerize you. We will put off at Phakding at night.

Day 04Phakding (2,610 m) to Namche Bazar (3,440 m) We follow the route of Dudh (Milk) Koshi River to arrive at Namche Bazaar. Crossing pine, fir and rhododendron forests we arrive at Monjo. The entrance to Sagarmatha National Park is Monjo. Furthermore, after walking for few more hours we reach Namche Bazaar where we put off tonight. Namche is a big market of Khumbu region. People of different ethnic group especially, Sherpa inhabit here.

Day 05Acclimatize at Namche Bazar (3,440 m) Acclimatization means adjusting body temperature with increasing altitude in order to avoid altitude sickness. Altitude sickness can be severe so we take rest at some places. But, at the same time we also enjoy the day. Today we visit Khumjung. The monastery at this place lures many tourists as there you see skull of yeti. It takes three hours to reach here. We get back to Namche and spend night in the same tea house where we did put off earlier.

Day 06Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860 m) It is comparatively lengthy route of around eight hours so you need to be mentally prepared for today’s trail. Most part of the trail is descending. In Lukla you will get chance to visit few monasteries. There are lots of monasteries here. Lukla is also popular for local wine. You can enjoy today’s dinner with local wine. Stay overnight in Lukla.

Day 07Lukla to Kathmandu (flight) Early in the morning we catch flight to Kathmandu. The harmonious mountain will capture your heart. You will spend 30 minute onboard. In Kathmandu you will get some time to enjoy Thamel. Here you can purchase gifts for your friends and families. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 08Leisure day in Kathmandu. Although it is a leisure day you can tour Patan and Bhaktapur today. The tour will add essence in your trip. Patan is a place where two prominent religions, Hindu and Buddhist, and its culture grew since old age. It is popular for its Newar culture and art and architecture. The city attained its peak in Malla Dynasty. Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site is the place of our observation. The palace is unique and its architecture is the mark of excellence of Nepalese architectures. Krishna Temple is another must observe site. The stone carvings of the temple portraying Mahabaharat and Ramayan age astonish you. Bhaktapur is our next site of visit. Here you will enjoy pure Newar based culture and architect around 400 years. The palace named 55-Windows, Golden Gate and Nyatapole temple are the main place to see here. The architecture of 55-windows palace and Golden Gate will surprise you. It is really beautiful. In the evening Regulus will offer you farewell dinner. You will spend overnight in a hotel.

Day 09Back to your country Everest Panorama Trek ends here today. We will drop you at airport three hours earlier to schedule flight. We are thankful to you as you gave us opportunity to serve. See you soon!
