About Everest Base Camp—Meditation Trek

Everest Base Camp—Meditation Trek is an awe-inspiring nature walk that leads you to your inner being. Trekkers feel stress-free while on this trek as the natural beauty of the site awakens your oppressed joy one after another. The trek binds you with scenic beauty so strongly that playfulness within you surfaces gradually.

Regulus-designed Everest Base Camp—Meditation Trek is based on Zen techniques of meditation. Zen is one of the Buddhist sects that believe that meditation is happening every time but you lack awareness due to which realization becomes almost impossible. Similarly, this trek also tries to aware you of all possible ways so that your every action may come out consciously.  The trek will unfold the positivity in you. When the beauty of nature superimposes with your consciousness then you realize that meditation is happening because at this point you are carefree leaving everything to supreme consciousness. For the first time in life, you feel that meditation is not something that is done but is such a thing that just happens!

The trail to base camp itself is meditative. The first glance of Lukla will make room in your heart because the surrounding is so beautiful that you like to spend the rest of your life in this place. The breeze in this part of the world gives the real fragrance of Mount Everest. Everything is fresh and while breathing you start becoming fresh cleansing your negativity gradually. On the way to Phakding from Lukla, you witness several monasteries. The prayer flags, praying wheels and the chortens will touch your spirit. Similarly, the monastery in Tengboche is truly beautiful. It is the biggest monastery in the Khumbu Region built more than 100 years ago.

Here you get an opportunity to spend some time with the Lama. You can learn meditation techniques from him. People of this region are benefited from him and his ancestors in the past days. Here you learn that the easiness of life lies at the center of hardness.

By the end of this trekking, you become natural and this will unfold the petals of your energy which will further drive you towards your spirit. This is the crux of Everest Base Camp-Meditation Trekking.
