Our officer will receive you at the airport and guide you to your hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be briefed about meditation sessions and the inner transformation you'll experience after the Pokhara trek. Have a delicious dinner. Overnight stay in Kathmandu Hotel.
Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]
Start your yoga session early in the morning in this city of the temple. After breakfast, you'll traverse to UNESCO heritage sites: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and Pashupatinath. Practice your meditation in the shrines of Pashupatinath. Explore the most famous Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Lunch at a restaurant and return to the hotel in the afternoon. You'll be briefed about the trek by your tour guide. End your day with a healthy fresh dinner.

After breakfast and yoga, take a domestic flight to Pokhara. You will arrive in the city of beautiful lakes. Once you step in Pokhara, you'll be awe-inspired by the panoramic view of snow-capped mountains, lakes, Georges of Seti river, caves and green hills. From the heartbreaking story of Davis' fall to the mysterious Bat cave, Mahendra cave and Gupteshwor Mahadev cave, you'll enjoy exploring every moment. After lunch, visit Peace Pagoda and meditate on its premises. Overnight at Pokhara.
Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]
In the early morning hike to Sarangkot (1600m). Practice your yoga in the backdrop of the magnificent Macchapucchre. Soak yourself in the first ray of the sun. Have your breakfast and prep for boating. Visit Taal Barahi temple on the tiny island of Phewa lake. End your trip with an insightful visit to the International Mountain Museum.
Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]
Attain your last yoga session and breakfast at Pokhara. Enjoy your 35 min drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu through spiral lanes and terraced fields. Then you'll traverse through UNESCO heritage sites of Bhaktapur and Patan Durbar Square. Exquisite wood carvings, temples, and heritages will take you back to the Malla era. Lunch at a traditional Newari restaurant. Meditate in the evening.

This will be your last breakfast in Nepal. Then finally you will be transferred to the airport 2 hours before your departure.
