Outlined Itinerary:

Day1: Welcome to Kathmandu (1300m) - 30 min

Day2: Kathmandu city tour, tour preparation

Day 3: Drive to Chitwan - 5 to 6 hours, Tharu village tour

Day 4: Jungle activities at Chitwan

Day 5: Drive to Pokhara

Day 6: Full day sightseeing at Pokhara

Day 7: Trek to Australian camp via Dhampus ( 3 to 4 hrs)

Day 8: Dhampus to Pokhara

Day 9: Fly to Kathmandu, Full day sightseeing at Bhaktapur and Patan

Day 10: Departure

  • Day 1 Welcome to Kathmandu (1300m) - 30 min.

    Our officer will receive you at the airport and guide you to your hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be briefed about meditation sessions and the inner transformation you’ll experience after the trek. Have a delicious dinner. Overnight stay in Kathmandu Hotel.

    • Day 2 Kathmandu city tour, Trek preparation

      Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

      After breakfast, you’ll traverse to UNESCO heritage sites: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath. Lunch at a restaurant and return to the hotel in the afternoon. You’ll be briefed about the trek by your trekking guide. End your day with a healthy fresh dinner.

      • Day 3 Drive to Chitwan - 5 to 6 hrs, Tharu village tour

        Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

        Prepare yourself for today’s drive to Chitwan. Attend a yoga session early in the morning. You’ll be provided a healthy, fresh breakfast, after which you’ll drive to Chitwan. Once you step into the flat bosom of Chitwan, you’ll get to know the diverse geography of the Himalayan and Terai region. Explore the Tharu villages and get to connect with the indigenous Tharu people. Venture through the tropical environment of forests, riverbanks, rice, maize, and paddy fields. In the evening, meditate on the bank of the Rapti river viewing the sunset.   

        • Day 4 Jungle activities at Chitwan

          Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

          Today you’ll experience lots of adventure and excitement in the tropical forest of Chitwan National Park. Finish your yoga session and breakfast. Then you’ll be taken for canoeing in the Rapti river. Enjoy the relaxing and peaceful beauty of the surroundings, and you might get to see alligators and different kinds of birds (hornbill, kingfisher). Then you’ll visit the elephant breeding center. You’ll have a heartwarming experience watching elephants. Fill your appetite with a delicious lunch. Finally, you’ll be taken to Elephant Safari in the evening. Venture the forests and encounter other wild animals ambling with elephants. After meditation, you’ll watch Tharu Stick Dance. If you are comfortable, you can even participate in the dance with Tharu people. Spend your night at the camp. 

          • Day 5 Drive to Pokhara

            Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

            We will go bird watching and yoga after waking up in the morning. After breakfast, you’ll be driven to Pokhara ( Around 4hrs). You’ll be welcomed by the mighty Annapurna ranges. You can explore the city by cycling or just take a riverside walk. After lunch, visit Peace Pagoda and meditate on its premises. Overnight at Pokhara.

            • Day 6 Full day sightseeing at Pokhara

              Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

              You’ll hike to Sarangkot (1600m) early in the morning. Practice your yoga in the backdrop of the magnificent Macchapucchre. Soak yourself in the first ray of the sun. Have your breakfast and prep for boating. Visit Taal Barahi temple on the tiny island of Phewa lake. End your trip with an insightful visit to the International Mountain Museum.

              • Day 7 Trek to Australian camp via Dhampus ( 3 to 4 hrs)

                Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

                Today you’ll be driven to Phedi, from where you’ll be trekking to Dhampus. The trail is a bit strenuous, with lots of stairs and climbs. But once you reach this quaint Gurung village of Dhampus, you’ll find the trek and hardship worthy.

                From housing architecture, culture, people to cuisine, you’ll find a lot of differences between the Gurung and Tharu people. But you’ll be welcomed with a similar kind of hospitality. Traverse through Gurung village and trek to Australian camp. Meditate at the top of the base in the majestic backdrop of the Annapurna range. Spend overnight at the camp.    

                • Day 8 Dhampus to Pokhara

                  Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

                  After yoga and breakfast, you’ll trek down and drive back to Pokhara. You may opt to rest in the hotel or visit marts, sovereign shops, disco halls in Pokhara. Meditate in the evening. Overnight at Pokhara hotel. 

                  • Day 9 Fly to Kathmandu, Full day sightseeing at Bhaktapur and Patan

                    Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

                    Attain your last yoga session and breakfast at Pokhara. Enjoy your flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu ( around 35 min). You can rest in the hotel or traverse through the UNESCO heritage sites of Bhaktapur and Patan Durbar Square. Exquisite wood carvings, temples, and heritages will take you back to the Malla era. Lunch at a traditional Newari restaurant. Meditate in the evening.

                    • Day 10 Departure

                      This will be your last breakfast in Nepal. Then finally you will be transferred to the airport 2 hours before your departure.
