Day 5: Acclimatization day-Namche (3440m) - 4 to 5 hrs

Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Phortse Thanga (3950m) - 4 to 5 hrs

Day 7: Phortse Thanga to Machhermo (4470m) - 5 hrs

Day 8: Machhermo to Gokyo (4750m) - 5 hrs

Day 9: Acclimatization day-Gokyo, Hike to Gokyo Ri (5400m) - 4hrs

Day 10: Gokyo to Thagnak (4750m) - 4hrs

Day 11: Thagnak to Dzongla village via Cho-La Pass (5420m) - 8hrs

Day 12: Dzongla to Lobuche (4940m) - 3hrs

Day 13: Lobuche to Gorak Shep via EBC (5380m) to Gorak Shep (5164m) - 7hrs

Day 14: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m), Trek to Pheriche (4371m) - 8hrs

  • Day 1 Welcome to Kathmandu (1300m) - 30 min.

    Our officer or representative will receive you at the airport and guide you to your hotel. After you arrive at the hotel, you will be briefed about yoga practices and meditation sessions. Have a delicious dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu Hotel.

  • Day 2 Kathmandu city tour (Full day sightseeing), Trek preparation

    Morning session: 6-7 a.m/Evening session: 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]After breakfast, you'll traverse to UNESCO heritage sites: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath. After having lunch at a restaurant, and return to the hotel in the afternoon. Meet your trekking guide, who will brief you about the trek. End your day with a healthy fresh dinner.

  • Day 3 Fly to Lukla (35-30min), trek to Phakding (2651m) - 8km, 4hrs

    Evening session : 5-6 a.m [ Yoga & Meditation]

    Take your early morning flight to Lukla (World's most thrilling airport), enjoy the picturesque Himalayas, and pack breakfast. Start your 2-4 hrs hike from Lukla to Phakding. You will encounter mani walls, prayer flags, gompas on your way, which fulfill your spiritual journey. Interact with sherpa people in the tea house who will serve you lunch and dinner. Overnight stay at Phakding.

    • Day 4 Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3438m) - 11km, 8hrs

      Morning session : 5-6 a.m / Evening session [Yoga & Meditation]

      During breakfast, make up your mind to trek a vertical yet beautiful trail: walk through beautiful rhododendron and pine forest accompanied by gurgling Tama Koshi and Bhote Koshi river. You'll pass through several suspension bridges that finally lead you to Namche Bazaar. You'll be practicing your yoga with the backdrop view of Mt. Thamserku. Overnight at Namche Bazaar

      • Day 5 Acclimatization day-Namche (3440m) - 4 to 5 hrs

        Morning session: 6-7a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga-Surya Namaskar & Meditation]

        Today you'll start and end your day at Namche Bazaar. Hike to the Everest Viewpoints, where you'll see Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, etc. Start your yoga with the sunrise reflecting its golden hue in the snowy mountains. After breakfast, walk around local shops and gift yourself a souvenir. You'll also pass through Sagarmatha National Park, a house to rare species (musk deer, snow leopard, red panda). Lunch at a local tea house. Revitalize yourself with evening meditation at an ancient Namche monastery. After dinner, overnight at Namche.

        • Day 6 Namche Bazaar to Phortse Thanga (3950m) - 4 to 5 hrs

          Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

          As you hit the altitude, you'll notice the change in vegetation around you (coniferous forests). You'll pass through rugged trails dotted with juniper and pine trees with a pop of peasants and other birds. We visit Khumjung Monastery (400 yrs old). The views of Khumbu La and Tawache Peak add to your spiritual experience. Overnight in Phortse Thanga.

          • Day 7 Phortse Thanga to Machhermo (4470m) - 5 hrs

            Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

            Macchermo is an uphill trek that provides you with a magnificent view of Cho Oyu and Ngozumpa glacier (the longest glacier in the Himalayas). You can fill yourself with hearty meals and bakery items in the trail. You'll get to see a few Chortens and stupas that add serenity to the peaceful environment. On the way to Tongba village, discover a foaming waterfall.

            • Day 8 Machhermo to Gokyo (4750m) - 5 hrs

              Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

              Today's trek passes through steep rocky trails by the side of the Ngozumpa glacier, offering you the scenic views of Cho you and Gyachung Kang. The highlight of this trek is frozen Gokyo lakes (oligotrophic lakes), resembling Hindu and Buddhist spiritual values. The belief that the flora, fauna, and birds shouldn't be harmed has established a protective seal to the ecosystem. After imbibing mysterious energy from the lakes, practice your meditation in the comfortable lodge.

              • Day 9 Acclimatization day-Gokyo, Hike to Gokyo Ri (5400m) - 4hrs

                Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                After breakfast, hike to Gokyo Ri and interact with warm-hearted people of the remotest hamlet. Experience the chilly vibe gifted by the Himalayas and glaciers closer than ever. Make the best use of ruggedness and remoteness to transform your inner self. Taste the local cuisine and excellent hospitality of the Sherpa people. Overnight at Gokyo Valley 

                • Day 10 Gokyo to Thagnak (4750m) - 4hrs

                  Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                  Today's short hike leads you through the Ngozumpa glacier. The trail is easy compared to other days. So, enjoy the Himalayan vistas and continue your spiritual practices.

                  • Day 11 Thagnak to Dzongla village via Cho-La Pass (5420m) - 8hrs

                    Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                    Prepare yourself for icy steeps and rocky trails after a warm meal. The popular Cho La circuit is famous for the adventurous trails decorated with Prayer flags and Chortens. Then finally, you'll reach Dzongla, a small village hidden between Lobuche and Chola pass. Discover the uniqueness of the place and meditate in the bosom of the Himalayas.

                    • Day 12 Dzongla to Lobuche (4940m) - 3hrs

                      Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                      The easy trek from Dzongla village to Lobuche provides you ample time to enjoy the scenery. Recover yourself from yesterday's trembling trek. Make sure to enjoy your meals and share your joy with the people around you.

                      • Day 13 Lobuche to Gorak Shep via EBC (5380m) to Gorak Shep (5164m) - 7hrs

                        Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                        The trail from Lobuche to Gorak Shep is rocky and rugged yet provides a glimpse of Mt. Pumori, M. Everest, and so on. Rest in the Gorak Shep, energize with a light meal, and head towards EBC. Enjoy the moment at the foot of the world's highest mountain. And hike back to Gorak Shep.

                        • Day 14 Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m), Trek to Pheriche (4371m) - 8hrs

                          Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                          The day starts quite early to hike towards Kala Patthar (Highest Destination) for sunrise and 360 views of Mt. Everest. Be ready to practice a few yoga asanas at the 'highest point.' Hike back to Gorak Shep and descend to Pheriche.

                          • Day 15 Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3440m) - 7hrs

                            Morning session: 5-6a.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                            Today is the long yet less strenuous trek as altitude declines. You'll visit the pious and largest Tengboche Monastery (also a part of the sacred trail project. The meditation session in the monastery heals your stress and completes your journey with the backdrop view of the Himalayas. Namche Bazaar welcomes you with the same vigor as you experienced on day 4.

                            • Day 16 Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2860m) - 7hrs

                              Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                              You'll find the trail easier than before as you return from Namche to Lukla (Not if your legs are shaky!). Reminisce your spiritual journey as you rest in the lodge at Lukla.

                              • Day 17 Fly back to Kathmandu

                                Morning session: 5-6a.m / Evening session: 5-6p.m [Yoga & Meditation]

                                After you have your breakfast, bid farewell to the mighty snow-capped Himalayas and head to Lukla airport. A 30 min flight will land you in Kathmandu. Treat your exhaustion with comfy accommodation and warm hospitality at the hotel. You may put an option for half-day sightseeing at ancient city Bhaktapur. Taste a local Nepali cuisine for dinner. Observe cultural performance. Enrich yourself with a unique combination of spiritual and cultural experiences. 

                                • Day 18 Final Departure

                                  This will be your last breakfast in Nepal. Then finally you will be transferred to the airport 2 hours before your departure.
